i need help asap! i feel that i am having adverse drug reactions from the drug wellbutrin sr...i shake and tremor uncontrollably, my tongue is constantly hanging out of my mouth or flicking in and out of my mouth quickly..i can't stop licking my lips..my face looks distorted, my eyes are blinking fast...my equilibrium is very off..sometimes when i am just sitting or standing i feel a strong vibrating sensation as if i am on a moving train or something..my toes are constantly moving..i am having problems pronouncing some words right..my family is very worried about me..i am extremely misserable..i feel like a freak or a bumbling idiot and do not want to be seen in public right now because all of these symptoms are very obvious and impossible to control..should i be seeking medical attention asap?
