Your question is a very good one, but to answer it, I'd have to know a little more about you.....I am a retired makeup artist and am always happy to pass on any information that can help people!!
Rather than just giving you info without knowing a little about you, I'd need to know: how old you are........taking any prescription medications?.....how long has your skin been 'dull'?..........are you recovering from any illness or surgery?
