RMG, What do you mean by multi family industry? There is no certain percentage today. If you are lucky enough to get an increase from your boss, s/he will give you whatever they feel they can afford to give you. Many companies are not giving any increases in salaries due to slow business. So don't count on any increases, and if you do get one, then that will be a nice surprise.
