When a man like President Putin of Russian speaks its time everyone start listening! He is a man of very few words but he is also a man who knows clearly the meaning of the words "collateral damage" [injury to civilians as unintented result of a military attack] and this might lead in to millions of dead people. The result would be no " black marketing" for him. Who would buy his : weapons, drugs, and no more illegally trading in offically controlled items.
