Monarch Pass July 5, 2009 fatal accident

I have been trying to find more info on the fatal Monarch Pass accident on July 5, 2009. A good friend was killed when a RV ran head on into their car. They say RV driver, Ray Stout, 79, might have been having a heart attack. All of the articles I have found say the same thing.  Does anyone have any additional info.  Can't even find his obit.
