"Questions are the creative acts of intelligence."

Miriam, Moses's sister, was struck with leprosy as a judgement for opposing him (which meant she was, in effect, opposing God who had chosen Moses) But God heard the prayer of Moses, whom they had criticised and envied, and Miriam was healed.

Though Miriam was aflicted with leprosy because of her jealousy, the implication is that she was healed of it. Before she was healed, she was confined in disgrace outside of the camp for seven days. Refer to Numbers 12:13-15 below.

(Num 12:13-15 NIV) So Moses cried out to the LORD, "O God, please heal her!" The LORD replied to Moses, "If her father had spit in her face, would she not have been in disgrace for seven days? Confine her outside the camp for seven days; after that she can be brought back. So Miriam was confined outside the camp for seven days, and the people did not move on till she was brought back.

I am not aware of any other consequence.
