I'm using High Impact Email 4.0 with ACT 2008 and Outlook 2007. When using the mail merge feature from HIE, the emails do not get sent, they bypass the outbox completely and get directed to the Sent box, and remain unsent. How do I fix this?
I have the same problem how did you fix it?
