sandoz Pharmacy companyI have been on the generic metoprolol succinate ER tablets since Toprol became generic...after experiencing rapid heartbeat for 5 months, I went on Nadolol ER and then found out thru the FDA website that the product had been recalled...why wasn't my doctor informed and is there any health risk to me?? I have since gone on Metoprolol twice a day, not ER because it is still not available...Is this product safe? Take 100mg twice a day?

The  safest  drug  available that  I take , And many other  people   I know take  is called  "Tenormin" or  Atenlol ,  This  medication   is the only  Beta Blocker  that  has  not  messed  me up with me feeling  sick  or  causing  any  side  effects..

In  fact  I  take  100 mg  twice  a  day , And  I  don't see    any side  effect   issues ,  Although  I  would  like  to  go  off  of   all  medications  some day  but this  one  , Has  been  the only  Beta Blocker  that  I can  tolerate   at  the time..

I  was  on  Nadolol (Corgard)  And I was on  Inderal(  Propanolol)  And  I  was  on  the  newer  form of  Lopressor,  called  Metoprolol (Toprol)  And I can't still   tolerate  the  drug ..All  I  can   say  , Is  talk to your  doctor ..

Catapress  (clonodine)  Is  a  great medication   for  bringing  your  blood  pressure  under  control  and it   does  help  with  people  feeling  nervous  or  having  jitters ,  So does  the  "Tenormin" (Atenlol)
