Has anyone had experiences with lawyer firms that have plans that "spen-down" the assets of seniors so they can qualify for Medi-Cal for nursing home placement?
Yes I have about these schemes. These elderly sell their homes, give the money to their children and then they atre considered indigent. They qualify for Medicaid.
