How do you get bad cops investigated in a small town? A man in decatur tn was shot 3 times and killed by deputies in meigs county. Is there anybody who can help this mans family get answers. Because none of the stories the deputies have told add up.

I think that you should call the FBI office close to where you live and report to them what you know about the case. Once someone reports, they are obligated to investigate.
