A jury convicted my friend on manslaughter!! What would you have done in his case?He was protecting himself against a career criminal.the burgular made deadly threats towards my friend with a screwdriver and hammer.my friend Dave asked him to leave his property and he wouldnt leave. the only weapon Dave used was his fist.My friend defended himself against this burgular and now faces 5 to 20 yrs in prison. All i'm asking is an opinion on this!!
