I went to our vets today 10 /1/ 2009 they gave me a letter that says:
Our client, patricia bond, came to our office and presented the envelope she signed for from chargeback department, box 3557, orange, ca. 92857.
She has asked for confirmation that this envelope was not large enough to contain the pet products she had ordered.
I have examined the envelope and there is no way a 12 month supply of frontline and 12 month supply of heartgard plus could have been mailed in this envelope.
Sincerely, denise scott
Office manager
