If a woman get the progesterone supplementation the day before the transfer and the uterus lining looks great, can the delayed progesterone administration be the cause of implantation failure?
It's not a cause in itself. If it is indeed due to progesterone deficiency there is probably a connection, though it's usually more complex than that.
I agree with Dawn. This is likely not the cause. Implantation failure is by far and away the leading cause of transfer failure and any number of factors can cause the embryo not to implant successfully. Don't be discouraged. It often takes multiple attempts.
