Is The Biggest Loser 6 Pack a good workout to follow for rapid weight loss? How foes it compare to what you see on the show? I want to know before I buy Biggest Loser 6 Pack if it works or not!

I lost 68 lbs. using this video set and program in 7 months. I would reccomend it to anyone needing to lose weight. Bought mine through Amazon with a discount from www.biggestloserdiscounts.com lots of good links and offers. I am also using the Garmin 010-00466-00 Forerunner 205 GPS Receiver and Sports Watch to track my excersise. MUCH better than the Body Bug they use on the show!
