This looks like a home made list or reproduced list. Some of the information is factual, but incomplete and some incorrect. It seems that you could put almost anything on a list and say something good about it, but there are bad things about a lot of foods. Peanuts from your list has several items that are questionable. The latest information on diverticulitis is peanuts have no affect on it. It was an assumtpion that pieces could get cought in the pockets (also corn and tomatoe seeds) and cause problems which has beem proven incorrect. Aslo "promotes weight loss" peanuts have a ton of fat which would promote weight gain. I would throw the list away and find information from established sources.

I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.

No idea where this list comes from.
