Loading Audio or voice to Sansa MP3 plalyer

I have an Sansa 2mg Clip on MP3 player.  I want to download audio (voice only) such as instructional or books. What procedure do I use to do this?  I am illiterate when it comes to these procedures for players, iPods, MP3-MP4 players and downloads.  HELP!!!!

You can add the audio into windows media player, then plug in your sansa player to computer and sync it with windows media player, then the audio will be uploaded to your player.
