Hi, I dropped chopstick inside the lint trapper of my stackable whirlpool dryer in trying to get the excess lint trapped in there. Would the dryer be OK if I ran it? Well I did actually and stopped it quickly because I heared the chopstick broke..:)
Try pouring some noodles an kung pao chicken in the dryer and see if it helps.....
1st I'm not sure why you would ask if it would be ok to “run it”.....if you went ahead and ran it anyway? 2nd Why would you think someone online could help you? Most people would have stopped at the point of dropping the stick in the machine and then ask for some answers on how to retrieve the item. 3rd Call a trained tech who knows how to repair such things for people like yourself. 4th The "noodles an kung pao chicken " is probably your best answer here.
Just run it. A tiny chopstick or part of one by now is not going to harm anything. You should see what else is under there, everything you drop in that area ends up on the floor of the washer or your floor underneath that.
Got an answer for Nora? Would you like to comment on the posted answers, or vote for the one which you think is the best?
