Lifts in Tube stations

i am going to London next week. My sister who lives in Essex is coming to meet me at Liverpool street station one day. The problem is she is terrified of escalators so using the tubes could be out of the question. Does anyone know whether all tubes have lifts? or is there another way of getting around London.

Very few Tube stations have lifts unfortunately. Check where the blue wheelchair symbols are on the map for stations that have them.

The Docklands Light Railway has lifts on every station. Also, as far as I know, the vast majority of London Overground stations are outdoors and can be accessed by stairs.

I would recommend using buses or walking. Staying above ground can be a lot more exciting than spending all of your time in tunnels.
