what are my rights if i own the home but not the land? I have lived there in Texas for 13 years. I own the mobile home, but not the land it sits on.

Unfortunately the landowner has the right to say what happens on the land they own. Your ownership of the mobile home has no bearing on the ownership of the land. Hopefully you had some form of a contract with the landowner concerning your mobile home. If not, then you can very well be asked to relocate it and the landowner would be completely within their rights.
