Can the Warden at Nevada State Prison reduce a DUI sentence? If the inmate is going to be restoring a building for Nevada??
He can only put in a recommendation.
If a prisoner becomes a trustee, and does work for the jail/prison, whatever, it is possible that his time served can be reduced.
