How much have land values decreased since 2006 ...

How much have land values decreased since 2006, specifically northeast ohio? There is a parcel of land I love in Concord Township, Ohio that I want to buy, but I think it is overpriced. I am going to offer the owners quite a bit less than what they are asking for and I want to have a valid reason for offering that price?
