L & I closed my case on my shoulder injury and paid a paltry amount but the real question is why they are pretending that my tail bone/hips/lower back injury does not exist? It is getting worse and i was told it is permanent and some days I cannot even barely walk. How do I get them to re-open this and rate this as permanent and some how compensate me for what is only going to get worse. I was told by the physical therapist I was sent to after the injury of falling down 16 concrete steps at work and I fell from the very top and hit every stair and landed very hard rear and impact through me to my shoulder which was dislocated and had surgery. I need to re-open this but the Dr's seem to be working on L&I's side so they are downsizing this so what can I do to get a Dr that will evaluate it as it is and not for costing L&I which we pay for on every check we work for?
