Keeshond has skin issues

Hi,

my 12 yr old keeshond has developed a spot on his hammy on his right leg that has become massive.. He has lost all of his hair and now the same spots are developing on his belly. could this be from the dust and mites or pollen around the house? His health was fine until we moved into this old house. thanks
