I live in Jamaica a trapical country, my grape plants did very well for four years then the storm came and the plants died, after five years I saw a bud comming from a old grape root in the ground about six month ago. it is growing very slowly, its about two feet tall, leaves looking healthy, can the old root suport this plant to healthy grape vines.
