Italian beef sandwich spicy au jus recipe

johnnies italian beef gravy recipe.  I am trying to make some home made beef sandwiches and want to try & get as close as I can to Johnnies beef gravy duplicated.  I beleive the au jus makes or breaks the beef sandwiches I have had.  Too many are really bland.  Looking for something more spicy !!

Any ideas out there ??? Johnnies is in Elmwood Park Il. and also in Arlington Heights Il.
