Interstitial Cysisitis Procedure

I have been suffering with UTI symptoms chronically for almost two years- I have received urethral dialation, distention procedure, and many over the counter products. I am only 21 years old and it has truly put a negative affect on my life. I have gone a few months with the symptoms subsiding but lately it has flared again full force with urgency to urinate all the time. I have more or less self-diagnosed myself with interstitial cystitis. I was wondering if I have already the distention procedure, what else could I try? Does the TEN cause any risks and it is worth it? I am willing to try anything and everything to help this. What do you recommend? Thank you
