Ice Box Cake recipe?????

Trying to find a recipe for Ice Box Cake. It is made with chocolate wafers crushed for the crust and whipped cream, egg white. unflavored gelatine for the filling. My grandmother was German and made this all the time. Would love to find the recipe again. You refrigerate it overnight and it is very light and airy. More choc crumbs are put on top. It is made in a springform baking pan.
