Human Customer aService?

How "human" is "real human customer service"? I read an article about StartLogic having really genuine customer service, and I would like to get some opinions on the matter. Thanks.

  I experience good customer service when I go to Home Depot.  The employees greet the customers and ask if we found what we're looking for, they are ready to help me find anything that we need, ready to help me load the products and also very accommodating when I need to return the materials that I did not need.

    That's why I keep going back to Home depot because the employees are helpful and accommodating.

Hi,

your question is not quite clear. Human customer service means to me: give all necessary support to satisfy the customer's needs.
