Hey!
The hot water handle in the showers in one of the bathrooms in my apartment isn't working properly: the shower produces cool to luke warm water at best. This, of course, makes my roommat/tenant a very sad woman indeed. This is a problem only with that particular shower, not with the other one, and not with any of the sink faucets. We've tried a few things, including turning up the heat on the tank all the way, but this only produces slightly warmer water (and scalding water whenever I wash my hands!). Any ideas? Thanks, D.
