Holiday party red wine selection?

I'm planning the holiday party for a small company and need your advice on choosing from the following cabs (restaurant priced $45-48) to offer with steaks and tuna: Joseph Carr 2005, St. Francis 2004, 75 Wine Co. "Beckstoffer, Amber Knolls Vineyard" 2005, Hess "Allomi" 2005 or Joel Gott "Blend 815" 2006?

Life's too short for excessive compromise... maximize everything!

Amber Knolls is not only a nice bottle, it has a very nice labe so the presentation as a gift will go over well. I also like Peachy Canyon's "Cirque du Vin" that is a bordeaux style blend and what I consider a more food friendly wine, albeit, both are very good, just different. I am not a fan of the recent Joel Gott release of cab nor the Hess. St. Francis is always nice, but I think the current releases of the above wines are better. I havent tasted the Joseph Carr, so I can't render an opinion. Other consideration I would think appropriate are a couple of Spanish wines that are delicious and great value. Attecca is an old vines Garnacha and Volver is a tempranillo. Both are damn near Yummy! Aslo, Seghesio put out a nice zinfandel this year that made #10 on the Wine Spectator top 100 list.
