Wife of famous Tenor, Barry Ford of Naples, Florida has been selling Plumeria all over the internet, an unlicensed nursery. Department of agriculture investigation launched. All indications show Hetty to be selling in the state of Florida without a Dept. of Agriculture license.

Hetty Ford sells rooted Plumeria plants on the internet as an unlicensed nursery.
Hetty Ford of Maui Plumeria Gardens, discussion and seller's forum. Hetty has been turned over to the Department of Agriculture for an investigation of non-conforming to department of agriculture bylaws.
All of which has been reported Hetty Ford sends pests to California unknowingly. Barry's Ford’s wife, is currently under investigation, by two states, California and Florida as of recent complaint filed to the United States Department of Agriculture.
All indications point to non-conforming to two states regulations and licensing requirements of California and Florida.  Confiscation of all illegal plant materials is eminent.
 
Hetty Ford's continued refusal to comply has prompted and full scale investigation. Department of Agriculture watch dog agency in California, has launched this investigation. If found guilty Hetty Ford of Naples, Florida faces department of agriculture prosecution and is currently facing all allegations by the two states launched these national investigations.
 
Curtis Scott, of Encino, California has launched this investigation. Necessary actions, to obtain a "cease and desist" orders from California and Florida.  Department of Agriculture laws for not stamping boxes and shipping rooted Plumeria’s to California without proper Department of Agriculture licenses and/or proper knowledge of spreading pests and disease.
We urge all of Hetty's, customer’s to know their plants are subject to Dept. of Agriculture confiscation before delivery.
