Is There Help For me??

I have Crohn's disease, having had 2 bowel resections, and live with a lot of diarrhea.  Fiber and raw fruits & vegetables create more problems for me. I also have neurophathy in my feet and arthritis in my knees & hips.  Exercise is painful, so I am mostly homebound.  I am also on a very low SS disability payment & I only mention this because you program, while I know is healthy, is very expensive for me.  What do you suggest under these conditions?

Every story has an end but in life, every end is just a new beginning.

Unfortunately, Weight Watchers does not make exceptions for persons' personal circumstances. Your best bet is to try and lose weight on your own. I'd encourage you to take out books from the library about healthy eating as well as learning what your body can and cannot handle in terms of exercise. Good luck!

Fruits and vegatables can take a bit of time to benefit, but are the best solution to just about anything. Now you probably don`t believe this, with what you said, but it does not change your best hope. Fasting is also probably what you are having to do to get better. Fruits vegetables with fasting in the correct proportions are what is going to do you the best. If you don`t go that route and depend on other cures, you are probably going in the wrong direction. drugs, doctors etc... Doctors are good, don`t get me wrong, but you will probably only get better with a cleansing diet. Read this book you can order from any bookstore for $5. this is the review of it. Mucusless diet healing system . This is the best advice that I know to give. give me an email fro the contact page of the website if you wish to. Tell me how you are doing.
