Help

Lately I haven't been sleeping well, I have no motivation to do any of my school work or even go to school, everything brings me to tears, I'm usually good about what I eat but now I don't care. I just want to be alone and - I would say sleep but I just lay there. I don't know what to do.

Turn off the television and teach your children how to think.

Justtosee, the first place to start is with an appointment with your doctor.

There can be physical causes for your symptoms (and there can be physical causes for depression) and your doctor is the best person to help you figure out what you need to do to address this.

If you are a minor and you still live at home, please ask your parents to make an appointment for you as soon as possible.

If you are out on your own, please call your doctor today and make an appointment. If you are at college, your campus infirmary is a good place to start.

Good luck and get going!

justtosee,  It sounds like you have some form of depresion, with the tears, no motivation, etc.  You need to see a psychiatrist for a proper diagnosis.  There are several medicines out today that help with depression.  Also counselling along with medications can do wonders for you.  Please make an appointment with a psychiatrist today.  Don't be suffering any longer than you have to.
