Help for getting a recipe PLEASE

Hi,

I went to a wedding in Chicago at the Renassaince Hotel and they served fried macaroni & cheese on a stick and it was to die for? I have never seen it and never ever eat macaroni and cheese. Do you have a recipe for it?  My kids would love it.
