Hair sheding

i am african america on medical,predisone,nabumetone my hair shed all time in the back and on side. what is best thing to take or wash my hair in i do get relaxer in my hair,my is so fine i like to know what can i do can't afford to go to a salon. need help?

wash it with africa's best shampoo and conditioner twice a week. then on the days you are out(working/running errands) just wear half wigs(hairsisters.com). if you can hold your hair in a ponytail then just keep it there once you wash it 2x a week. just keep wearing the wigs and don't touch your hair as much. combing, relaxing, blowdrying does alot of damage. or what you can do is cornrow/something similar and wear wigs on top of them.

Wash your hair once a week twice might be to much since our hair needs oil to thrive. Try sulu max grow if makes my hair grow like sprouts.sulu max gro . Oil your hair with it twice a week to once a week you will see the results. You probably should also good a good supliment for hair and nails. You can also try Nexus "Emergency" it stops breakage on the spot. Get a good moisturizing shampoo like cream of nature and give it a good deep conditioning for about 30 minutes if you have a dryer that you can sit under it helps even more.
