I'm attempting to convert a favorite (bread) recipe to gluten free, my recipe calls for 2 T vital gluten . . . any ideas about what I could use instead (and how much of it)? I'm guessing xanthan gum or guar gum maybe, but I don't know how much.
I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.
