Our daughter is on Probation and she really needs help. For years she has had numerous problems with mental health issues, violent outbreaks, a disregard for the law, and numerous trips to the mental health ward in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., hospital. She has threatened to commit suicide right in front of her Probaition officer, and walked out of a meeting with a homeless status, in a conniption fit, and the probation officer let her walk out.
