Ask Eric Stromer a question here. Eric I recently changed all the light bulbs in my house to energy saving fluorescent bulbs. I am having problems with two wall light switches. When I turn the lights on, a strange humming and electrical popping sounds come from the switch. Also the lights will flicker and sometimes go off completely, and the switch will still be in the "on" position. The lights did not do that before I changed bulbs. I do not think I have ghost, but I need help with this problem.
