well i can give u a list of things:
1st u can tell me what its doing that it will not let it boot because i may be able to help u solve that problem.
2nd if u want to spend a crap loud of money sending it to someone u can if u dont no what ur doing.
3rd if u take ur hard drive out be careful not to shock it wit static and not touch the board to much
4th u wont have to no how big the hard drive is or if it uses sata/ide/pata adapters because i found this universal hard drive adapter that i want but i got no job rite now because im only 17 and the way the economy is going but i would recommend that because that way its only $40.00 and if u go to ebay or somewhere u prolly could find it for less but it costs $40 dollars because well i dont see the point but obviously it comes wit other equitment to a powersupply for god knows what a disaster recovery cd and a usb cable to plug to the adapter to plug into ur computer and to retrieve the data. ill give u the website to check it out.
