My Cat keeps licking plastic. And if I put it up,or in the garbage. He will ask and ask.

Is my cat getting high on the plastic? How do I stop him? how much harm can it do?I won't give it to him but I would like to stop him from asking.

This is a very funny thing. I looked up your question online and found out that it's VERY common for cat to lick plastic bags, and the reason is still unknown! You should take a look on google. There are even videos! I have two 10 year old cats and neither of them have ever licked plastic, so I had never known of this before!
