Hi everyone, hope your all well. want know if you can freeze cabbage. I have a large head and took off the outter leaves and blanched them so I can use them in a recipe at a later date..Can I freeze these leaves??
I don't think you can freeze them. Once frozen when they thaw out they will look soggy, like dead.
