We gave our property to a realtor who said he was going to take over everything to do with property as we were going through a bad patch back in october 08. We got everything notorised and sent it to agent. We done hud 1 etc expecting everything to be finnished. We are now in the process of having house forclosure due to him not paying morgage and property is still in our name. We have been in constant contact with him and he has (according to him), been paying some of the bills. We contacted the person who was holding the documents who recalls the transaction but stated they never returned to finalise the deal ? they have sice destroyed the documents. We are trying to get tha bank to take property as deed in lue. They still want money and we have nothing in reserve to pay them let alone other creditors. We live in uk. there is nobody here understands us law and we cannot get help over there as we are from uk. Where is there a contact address for IRS ? We payed nothing last year , got nothing in, help
