Can I buy produce from the supermarket.I understand the enzymes have been killed through preservation techniques. Where can I buy food that is life sustaining?
I think growing our own is important. Try to save good seeds and freeze them. Co-op's are really good too. If you are lucky enough to have organic growers in your area that sell shares at the begining of the season. Then distribute throughout the season. If you find other good sources let me know.
