Food Lover Fat Loss Program

I am on thinking of going on the Food Lovers Fat Loss Program. They emphatize fat free food, no chicken skins or pork skins, etc, no butter or oil unless it is olive or grapesee oil, spray on spread. Your ingredients contain all of these and I love your recipes, can I change anything in your ingredients that would still keep the wonderful taste of your receipes? Or perhaps the food lovers fat loss program is just not for me? The FLFL system is based on using protein, fast carbs, slow carbs combination to get your metabolism to work and eating snacks 100-200 calories every 2-3 hrs up to 1 hr before bedtime. Thank u so much. I love your receipes.
