So many reasons men do this, depends on so much. Just a few is she does something for him you dont? she dosent judge him for wanting something? she's new and a different body? He has the control? Sometimes power plays an important part of it, Maybe you turned him down about something or he feels you would think less of him if you knew he wanted something you thought weird? He didnt do it because he loved them, it was just an impluse he couldnt overcome.

It doesn't matter why he did it. What matters is that you take care of yourself from now on.

If you feel as though you can forgive him and try to rebuild your relationship, then I think marriage counseling is probably in order.

But if you feel as though the trust, respect and love are gone; then protect yourself in every way you can (get tested for STD's; see an attorney for legal advice regarding divorce) and then get ready to move on.

thank you jkgrandma. believe me i was already tested. thank God everything was negative. i still want to know what kind of man sleeps with crack whores. these females will sleep with anyone for a hit off a pipe. i want to understand what kind of men do that?

I can't answer that question, Leona.

The only thing that comes to mind is that he must be a person who is in great pain; as he really does not like or value himself very much.

Unfortunately, neither he nor the woman is in any kind of a place where they will think of the feelings of others. The woman is desperate for her next taste of her drug of choice and the man is willing to dive in with her. It is also possible that he is a drug abuser, perhaps just not at her level. There is some truth to the adage, "Birds of a feather..."

I do want to caution you to avoid generalizing, however. Not all men are like this one; you cannot allow yourself to become soured on the gender simply because you have had the misfortune to encounter a poor example.

I have been with my boyfriend for ten years; he is not perfect (by any means) but he is a good man and I would trust him with my life. I wish for you someday to find someone who makes you feel the same.
