what will i do if the company from where i bought my house 2 years ago didn't release my deed of sale and land title?i even send them a letter of demand from atty.it's been 1 month but still no response..and the land i bought from that company is mortgaged.i want to file a case againts them ..the house i bought from them 2 years ago has been fully paid..and i really hate there staff i've been crying in their office and the superior just only laughing at me..so sad to meet that kind of people instead of saying sorry they will just ignore you...any advice
