Brown eyes are a dominant trait, blue eyes recessive.

While I don't recall the statistical probability, I do believe it is most likely for a child of such a union to have brown eyes, with hazel eyes a close second.

In fact, I have brown eyes and my ex's eyes were also brown (closer to hazel than a dark brown) and we both have brown hair.

Of our three children, one is a blond with blue-green eyes, one is a brunette with brown eyes and one is a redhead with hazel eyes.

Genetics plays some strange tricks sometimes, doesn't it?
