I am looking for an exact quote of Noam Chopsky. It's something like, "When questions of decisioned reason or choice of action arise, human science is at a loss."
Turn off the television and teach your children how to think.

I believe you may mean Noam Chomsky. This may be the quote you are trying to recall: "As soon as questions of will or decision or reason or choice of action arise, human science is at a loss."
