This maybe to late to answer your question, but my husband installed this flooring in the redwood color in Jan. 2006. Three years later it's just as beautiful as the day it was installed. One of my 4 son's dropped his 10 lb weight on the floor and it made a dent, but not that noticable. I would recomend this flooring. I have received so many compliments that now I would like use the same color flooring in the master bedroom, but Lowe's does not carry that color anymore.
