This web site has to do with Euston, but it does not answer your question. What I suggest you do is call National Rail enquiry service: 08457 48 49 50 and ask them. Wish I could be of more help.

The London Underground platforms at Euston do not have lifts. The nearest LU station with lifts is Caledonian Road on the Piccadilly line.
